Gumtree

I ordered hair extensions through a Gumtree Deals offer - paid £48. A month later still no product from the company calling itself Serache and Gumtree is refusing to refund me - saying they only offer the vouchers, despite their name on my credit card statement as having taken my money, Paypal have refunded my post and packaging which was paid for separately, but Gumtree have taken my money and run The company Serache has a Facebook page absolutely loaded with customer complaints from people who have received nothing for their money but nothing is being done. Please take a look if you get a minute.

Anyone else been conned by Gumtree, and Gumtree - where's my money? I've emailed both Serache and Gumtree many times and get no response from Serache, predictably, and fobbing off from Gumtree.
