Hellorelaxation Shaked Vacations

Shaked Vacations aka Hellorelaxation run a business over the internet, where they put pictures of nice looking vacation rentals on the internet, rented them to me, then when the 6 of us show up after traveling thousands of miles for a family vacation and reunion, we walked in to a dirty, filthy, unsecure place. They lied to me, manipulated me, and took advantage of my family. Not just the apartment, but the entire building is dirty, noisy, and in bad repair. I do not recommend Shaked Vacations or Hellorelaxation. Their employees and advertising are very misleading, and one of their employees lied to me about my deposit, which was not refunded in full, as originally promised, based on our terrible experience.
