Statement made buy Linda K. Risden are any thing but true as to her husband and as to her claim that her crimes were un-founded is a total lie as they are reflected in charges filed against her in Broward County Florida Records and if you read the statements from her family listed about you will read between the lines.

Stalking by your husband...because he wants to know where you went..and your missing...you left behind your family...money is missing from our clients business accounts..and I find fraud IRS W/2 forms for people whom have never worked for my company..also false checks written stating a employee that never work for our company is making $37,000.00 per year...so Linda Risden can get a car loan ...for the reason to flea south florida...and you steal the last $18,000.00 from our business account, leaving me and our daughter with no funds to pay our bills ..is that stalking .lets not forget the adultery and bigamy she doesnt want un-covered..and all I wanted was a simple divorce if she was not going to return the money she embezzeled from our clients as she agreed to do.

As to the florida real estate commission charges....it comes under her CAM license..that she refuses to renew ....and the florida real estate commission does not have the resorces with only a few investigators in all of florida...lucky her...

Linda Risden say above she travels back and forth to south florida...and lives in both...One More total Lie..the home she is refering to in Coral Springs Florida has been in foreclosure since 2007 and she Kicked her daughter out of the house so she could rent it out to support her live in lover Craig Beaver.

So what Mrs Risden is saying is ...that she is living with anoth man..she admits it... and as to her grand thief..embezzelment and IRS Fraud and false records and pay check to obtain a car loan in another persons name for her self...just take a look at the white Dodge Nitro she drives today...who names is in nd the ..Not Her...and the IRS Fraud..and Embezzelment and other crimes too many to name... if she was not the mother of my child ...I would have already turned those documents over to the Florida Attorney General and the IRS ...

Read the story of her greed between her and her sister..its sad ... I wanted nothing but a divorce in 2009 and to get on with my life and to return the money she embezzeled from the home owners assoc...she claims she didnt take...but her confession to me and her crying in fear of going to jail for her crimes is why she flead to live oak..she doesnt want the true told and some 200 pages of documents I have to show her embezzlement, IRS fraud ,check fraud, and now even welfare fraud.

Linda left her last marriage broke in the very same fashion as my mistake was giving her what she never had before in life...a business she owned...with out some man telling her what to do and controling her...my mistake..I didnt know she would use the business to embezzel our clients ..and leave our company under this cloud of thief.

I have tried to work with the homw owners assoc and Linda agreed to return the funds that she told me was $37,000 but turned out to be $87,000.00 plus credit cards and an ATM card she used of the Home Owners Assoc.

My wife..always lived above her means...I see no reason to steal from others and on top of her thief she leaves behind over a million dollars in debt, it is easy for her to make her statements in a attempt to cover her tracks but her statements are anything but true or honest...and as to her statement of ( Mr Risden’s mental illness has created illusions)
there is No illusions as to what she has done to My Name ..our company..or the people she has embezzeled and there is No illusions about that....as to my state of mind...no question..any person who has built a family, a company and a good life wound be facing mental issues when dealing with Cancer treatment and actions of your spouse destoying your family future and dreams all thru embezzelment .. it was so simple..return the money she took..that simple..beacuse of her actions our family was destoryed.

Just read the blogs above from other family members..you will see the greed pattern..and as to her mother funeral..well I had to put it on my credit card for her mother..and I had no problem with it ...I really cared for her mom..she was good to me and a nice old gal..and she love my daughter so much.

when I look what has transpried since 2008 when here crimes and adulterty and new marriage to this Hick..Craig Marvin Beaver..and leaving our county club home to live in a trail in the woods..
I dont really care...but her actions and morals are totally wrong...now she lives with a guy who shot his last gril friend to death...linda is where she is ..because..she had no place to go...so she shacked up with the first hill-billy she found.. she is controled and told what to do...she has no place to go...she has no income...lives on the income of her daughter..and welfare..its a long way from her past and world tavel and family vactions.

If she would have done the right things and settle and repayed the missing funds .. I could of respected the fact what she did was corrected and a mistake and just a bad judgement. as to mental issues, sg history of depression and prozac and other medications...she should take a good look at her self and how she justifys her actions for our family and our daughters college dreams for her person needs also our company name and my last name..that she still wants to use....living on my shirt tail, instead of taking Mr Beavers Last Name...that she is so ashamed of..what wrong with Linda Beaver..

I would not make statements that are not true...or unfounded and it is funny that her daughter was convicted Felony Grand Thief in yet another home owners assoc...and the same daughter was also involed in the case of missing funds that my wife told me she infact did take..and she even set in our company office and added up all the checks she embezzeld right in front of me....and then she ask me ...what do WE DO.

She can say what she wants...she can tell her self what she want to believe, I have worked hard all my life to take care of my child and our family.

since the her actions and embezzelment in 2008 I have refused to use our company name Florida Five Star Realty inc
due to her actions or at least untill the missing funds were returned and that does not appear that it will happen, as to her trips to South Florida and her seaside home ...its only to see her daughter whom was convicted of the Felony Grand Thief because she cant leave Broward County for 10 year after her plea of Guilty and the other reason would be to collect rent on our home that is in foreclosure since 2007.

it best she not open a can of worms..as she already has...and reason she fear our case going to court....because she know the 200 or so documents will be a real dog and pony show.

I asked for a simple divorce.. repay our clients what was owed to them...but her actions and filings are nothing more than covering her tail..and her trail..as she hang out in all of Live Oaks plywood bars. like the Big Oak Bar.

everthing I have done in my life was for my family..and my wife and daughter..those are the important things to me in life. I only wanted a good future for them ..not for my self..it did not include embezzelment to get there....keep it mind .
