Kapacke Mining

Kapacke Mining doesnt pay back investors

Las Vegas, Nevada

Last summer I invested money into Kapacke Mining LLC and the promised me to double my money in 1 or 2 months tops. Then I find out they don't even own the gold mine and another company owns it and that Kapacke Mining is trying to buy the gold mine. Dont trust Pat Pizzoferrato who is the owner of Kapacke Mining. This is big fucking scam job. All I get from him is excuse after excuse and that I will be paid "soon." I'm glad I found this site from that other guy that got ripped off by Kapacke Mining. I will be calling my lawyer and be getting my money back Pat.

Patrick has contacted our group about being a joint venture partner after reading your post we feel that we need to to do more research into his bussiness practices. is kapacke mining publicly traded if so what is the call name used? is there any other partners or associates named in the LLC? how do they fund their operation? we do not want to get involved with somebody that is not up and up. thank you for a response.

The fact that you responded so quickly to the post only means that you monitor this site to see who will be the next person to post somethig negative about you and your business practices. You never once said anything about the two post above. Seems like all you can do is threaten violence when someone confronts you with the truth. Spoken like a true excon, mobster wanna be. You know deep down in your heart (if you even have one) that you have stolen and screwed so may people out of money. It appears there are some problems at Kapacke Mining. It is my understanding they are being evicted from their offices at 4775 South Durango Drive #200, Las Vegas.
Also noted that their phone has been disconnected and their website is down.

Pat, ripped me off too. If his lips are moving he is lying. DO NOT INVEST IN HIS MINING SCAM !!!!!! I found out the hard way $50,000 gone he wont return my calls his office is abandon. There is no mine, there is no gold, he does know anything about mining. What he does know, is how to lie and rip off investors. He owes the BLM $225,000 for the damage done to someone's claim, and he was fined $93,890 by MSHA for health and safety violations. This can be found on the Gov. MSHA website mine ID# 2602708 he has not paid any of this. He ripped off equipment rental dealers too check what United Rental of LV has to say about him he owes $55,000 for equipment he used and didn't pay for. The rental place he ripped off in Elko went out of buisness because of him. And then there is the Caterpillar dealer in Ely he owes them $22,000 call and ask for Scott he will tell you all about this low life piece of shit. The BLM has pull their mining permit and will never permit Pat to mine again in the state of Nevada. This is just the tip of the iceburg. If you meet Pat don't walk but run as fast as you can and keep hold of you wallet. *** Note to Pat*** you better hide real good cause there are alot of really pissed off people looking for you!!!
I personally hold this company and Mr. Pizzoferrato responsible for my Father having a stroke. The damage referenced in this thread to a claim is my families. Not only did they illegally claim jump and mine my families claim that they have had for 30+ years they stole and damaged equipment. My family did not take this lying down and we took legal action against them a nd we have the court filings and judgments in our favor. So not only do they owe all of the fines and money to the blm they owe my family more than 300,000.00 for which we have a judgement. My family managed to shut this fraudulent claim jumping, dishonest group of bottom feeders right down. These people have no scruples they prey on good people with hard earned money! It is time for the different entities of government to become aware of these people and put them in jail. Sadly most of the victims will never see justice but by making the world aware of these people by name and keeping it alive online we can save someone down the road.

I don't know about the mining deal but I knew Pat several years ago when he first started working on trying to get the mine open, circa 2008 or 9. He never stole a dime from me but he did help me get back on my feet after a brutal attack left me in a wheel chair for several months and required 4 surgeries. What you guys are talking about doesn't sound like the Pat I know but when you invest in something as speculative as a gold mine you have to realize the risks. it sounds like most of you were so greedy you wanted to make a killing so you believed what could happen instead of what would probably happen. You can invest in any publicly traded junior gold miner as most are listed on Canadian exchanges and 99.9% of them fail. Don't cry rip-off because an investment didn't pan out. My guess is your money was spent trying to make you all rich. Remember, whenever you are investing even "The best laid schemes of mice and men go often askew." Chalk it up to a bad investment and stop trying to defame the guy.
Hey Mikey, Are you sure your talking about the same guy. These people invested money and he stole it PERIOD. Check all the public information out there. We did and he has judements against him because he stole money. Check the BLM. Check court records. Call the people he has stolen from. They will all tell you what a piece of shit this guy is. First of all, I haven't seen or talked to Pat for a couple of years since I moved out of LV. i didn't meet him until I was doing another business venture AFTER I was beaten and i know for a fact he had nothing to do with it because I know who did. believing Court records from LV and NV is not such a record of the truth. I can give you case after case of corruption in the NV courts. i only know Pat was in prison because I looked it up myself, knowing about DOC and BOP databases from my research work on 100's of frauds I have helped bust over the years. If you believe the courts in Clark County let me tell you what happened to the 4 guys that beat me into a wheelchair. NOTHING. They were never charged, even though they admitted it to police in written statements that they did it. Why you may ask were they not punished? because their attorney was Steven Wolfson who is now the DA of Clark County. His piece of shit wife, former judge Jackie Glass, left her courtroom and sat in for judge bonaventura so she could deny the arrest warrant for her husband's clients. The nevada commission for judicial disciplined dismissed my complaint even though I had it thoroughly documented with paperwork erceived directly from LVMPD and the DA's office. So giving credit to anything the Clark County justice system does is being blinded the the thought that there is actually justice there. If you really need to know, I sued the club where it happened and who destroyed the video evidence but the million dollars in insurance I got that they had certainly wasn't enough to make up for $400,000+ in doctor bills and all the suffering I still live with. i met Pat because he was in a wholesale business for seafood and knowing my situation, he gave me the best price, even though I was one of his smallest customers. nevada is full of crooked assholes, most of them in government. Believe me, I've dealt with the lying police, crooked judges and crooked DA there. Just last year a District Court judge even ruled I wasn't allowed to speak at a public licensing hearing in front of the County Commission do tell of accusations of human trafficking and underage prostitution a strip club license applicant had been charged with in texas. The Crooked County commission issued them an illegal temp license and never held the hearing. They just issued them another one, circumventing the proper process again 2 weeks ago. When i took it to federal court for 1st amendment violations, the federal judge remanded it back to the same crooked district judge. It is all documented and all on the net if you look just a little you will find it. So telling me that the Court in LV did something has no relevance to the validity of what they did. i could write a book on what I went through in the 9 years I lived there and the corruption I encountered., Pat happened to be one person that not only did right by me, but even tried to help me with my case. i didn't say he offered to do it for free, but if he could have done what he was trying to do for me, I would have gladly paid him his requested commission.

no way out, do you really think you should believe someone that actually thought he could triple his money in a couple months, with a guarantee? My point is that if someone actually said that and you gave him your money, you are not only greedy, you are stupid. If I heard that from someone, I would run. For me to believe Pat actually promised returns like that does nothing but take away from the credibility of the person who claims to have believed it. Make sense to you? Or is it above your head? A lot of people lose money in investments then it turns into a story of what they were promised. If a promise like that was actually made and someone believed it, they need to do a lot of looking in the mirror. So to those that say they were guaranteed outrageous returns only to lose their money, just try to remember if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If you can show me where Pat is living a lavish lifestyle at their expense, I might have a different opinion. I'm not saying I don't believe people willingly gave him money and lost it. I'm saying those people are responsible for their own mistakes unless Pat actually took the money for his own benefit instead of actually trying to mine gold. Around 2009 or 2010 pat brought the mine up to me but not as an investment. there would be days I couldn't get a hold of him at his office and when I would finally see him, he always said he was in northern nevada trying to get the mining gig going. That's a couple years before the complaints here. It leads me to believe he was really working on trying to get a mine going, something that 99.9% of people that try to do, fail. A failed investment is not a rip off or a scam
Mickey you were not on the scam side of his dealing. As a customer he would sell you anything at any price and get your money because he wasn't going to pay for it from his distributors anyway. That's where he did his best scams. Contact people in the seafood business and they will tell you how he ordered things and didn't pay for them (we did). Classic Good Fellows move. Order it for $100.00 and sell it for $50.00. Didn't matter because it was pure profit. He wasn't going to pay for it anyway. Did you read the other post where he rented equimpment and never paid those people now they are out of business, (we did?) Did you see how many violations the BLM has against him? Thats not because he was a nice guy. It was from his I don't give a shit attitude. I'm just going to raid the gold and put it in my pocket then sell it for less than it's worth...why because he didn't pay anything to mine it. Again pure profit. The people who invested money invested to make a profit not to have the money spent on gambling, drugs and his living expenses and yes he does promise he will pay them back with the backing of a bigger company. We even found out he was in the produce business and he and his wife screwed several people out of money. Not one case Crazy. The justice system is so crooked in NV if you are looking for justice there, you probably won't get it. I know of many cases of corruption that nothing will be done about. I've met with police, FBI you name it. They all do nothing about the corruption except about every 8 to 10 years the Feds step in and take down a token few and then it is back to normal for the rest. It seems they are about due since it was circa 2004 the last time the Feds put the crooked politicians in Federal prison. Ironically enough the guy that was bribing the commissioners and got 3 years for it, received $10.6 million for the sale of the property after the County issued the illegal business license to the Iranian born Houstonites. coincidence? I doubt it. The Iranians use Ross Goodman, the mayor's son as their attorney. it's kind of hard to figure out which crook the politicians are working for.

I don't know anything about Pat other than how he treated me. He obviously put a few years into that potential Gold mine before any of you started crying foul. To me that just says he must have been trying. I'm not saying he is a saint, just that he did right by me and tried hard to help me in ways I couldn't even get the authorities to help. The DA and many of the judges are dirty as hell and I know that for a fact, not an opinion.

As far as Pat not paying his suppliers, that's between him and them, not me. If you don't make enough money to pay your business bills, you go out of business. What makes Pat different than any other bankrupt wholesaler.vendor.business? He didn't sell me anything at less than cost so your example just makes you look ignorant. he sold them to me for the same price he would sell them to larger customers which is the same price that other seafood dealers would sell to the big casinos but not to me because I was too small. Trying to make me think Pat has it out for the little guy just doesn't jive with what I know, And yes, i read the anonymous claims here. I've also read similar things about 1000 other gold mining, diamond mining, nickel mining, pump and dump penny stock frauds etc that failed. And just like here, all the people that lost money cry scam when their expectations were never realistic from the beginning, Their expectations were nothing more than hope and greed and that's why they put the money up in the first place. I'll tell you this much, If I had to have Pat stand up for me or one of the "investors" here, i would much rather have Pat in my corner. Maybe he is one of those guys that either treats you like a best friend, or a worst enemy. He treated me as though I was almost family so I have nothing bad to say about him. I came to this board after a google search because I was trying to locate him to discuss a potential future business endeavor with him. i tried calling the old number I have for him, but haven't received an answer and have no idea if it is even his number as it has been a few years since I've seen him and I was out of the country and no longer living in LV.
