I have been lied too and ripped off by Lupa Capital (Front for Neil Barker), do not believe his lies, he will tell you anything to get money off you for fees saying he can broker bond and insurance deals and that he is so well connected. He is an out an out liar and conman. If he sucks you in more fool you now you have read this, I was not as lucky as no one was decent enoughto warn me before I was scammed by him and cleaned out.
