Charles N Mills who lives in Clearwater, Fl, he is 75 years old at this time & scams women , liar , cheat & nasty person. He takes advantage of women alone. I did not know that the state of Florida has squatters rights. i brought him into my home & I could not get him out. He is a verbal abuser, liar, cheat, thief & just nasty. I did not have the money to evict him. He doens not care about anyone else & all for himself. He has moved 17 times & he steals from women. He is a full fledged narcissist & liar. If you meet this man, stay away from him or you will be very sorry. He was stealing from my home when I went to work. He stole many items & laughed about it. He laughs when he told the story to my that I am not the first woman that he stole or abused from. This nasty,greedy, self centered narcissiist & thief is a parasite.
