A commitment...... to make good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.BBB accredited businesses must pay a fee for accreditation, review, monitoring & for support of BBB services to the public. This is not an honorable company, gave this company & A rating but issues cannot be resolved??? Obviously R & M Moving company does
not want to take responsibility for anything....What is this world coming to. I know this company does not have any respect or decency to own up to anything, they break things, sloppy & totally unprofessional...They should be a F - rating. Scamming the public????

CRIMINALS....R & M MOVING COMPANY STATES ON THE YELLOW PAGES WEBSITE THAT WHEN THE CUSTOMER HIRES THIS COMPANY THEY GIVE THE CUSTOMER $25 OFF WITH 3 HR LABOR MINIMUM..........THIS IS BOGUS & A LIE AS THEY STEAL FROM THE CUSTOMER & ROLAND BORNHAUSER HAS 5 PRIOR FELONIES AGAINST HIM, YOU CAN GO TO PINELLAS COUNTY SHERRIFS DEPT LARGO FL, THE WEBSITE NOTES ALL HIS CONVICTIONS HE IS THE MOVER, THIEF, CRIMINAL & ROSE THE WIFE, THE VERBAL ABUSER , THIEF, LIAR, & HER HUSBAND ROLAND . Worst Moving Company EVER!!!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! Not only did they charge me $250 more than they quoted, but they broke my glass-top patio table and said they'd compensate for it. After three months and 13 unreturned calls, I planned to take them to small claims court ... so they sent me a $50 check, which didn't even come close to replacing the table!
Roland (the mover/owner) hung up on me multiple times and said he wasn't "legally obligated to replace anything." And his wife Rose (who screened my calls) hung up on me as well.
SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! Use the company "Small Moves"
