Please read in detail my name Lisa Crowley and 4 months ago I hired the law office or Mr.Bariila to do my chapter 13 BK they charged me 4500.00 plus court costs. I need a chapters 13 to reorganize my debts and back mortgage payments so I responded to a mailer
That was sent to my home in Buena Park Ca. After a meeting with a representative from the law firm I signed up and paid I never got a call from Mr.Barilla but his staff would always handle the calls etc I asked to speak to him on 7 different occasions with no luck. Every time I called he was in court or busy finally my court date for my BK came up and no attorney Barilla but a lawyer from a service called lawyer on the go ?? This was scary this lawyer Peter had no idea about my case he was a sub in. I was assured mr.bariila would be in court
With me but no he was busy BULL SHIT he took my money and over charged by 20000.00 and my case was dismissed because my file was incomplete so Barilla wanted to refile and he was nice enough to ask me to pay my filing fees again no way. I asked for my money back filed a bar complaint he is a crook and refused to refund me.
