Warning about Scarlett Heart, currently living in Leeds, has also lived in Manchester- regularly moving on to new victims every 6 months or so.

If you're a landlord- beware!- she moves into your house, pays the first months rent- then nothing further, giving excuses which are blatant lies. (My favourite was that money had gone missing from her account, and that I needed to fax "Kevin at the Halifax"- when I phoned the Halifax, Kevin didn't exist, but they did say that some woman had called earlier in the day asking for their fax number but without saying why or what for.)
She's a truly brilliant actress, friendly and warm- you will be fooled easily.

If you're one of her housemates- beware!- given any opportunity, she will steal your wallet, credit cards, cash, travel cards- anything she can get her hands on. She has a criminal record for this- so if you find things going missing- report it to the police immediately!
