I was supposed to get a business package in the mail. Total cost was going to be $1000.00. I paid $500.00 on April 9, 2012. I was supposed to get the package in the mail in 4 to 5 business days. Then I was supposed to call them and I was going to have tutoring and support from them via telephone.

After a month I hadn't received anything so I called them on the phone. I got the runaround and they said I would get a link in my email to download the materials for use until I received the hard copy in the mail. I've waited another week and still no materials in the mail or no link to download in my email.

I made an initial payment of $500.00 and an additional $99.00 per month was to be charged to my credit card for 5 months.

I have so far canceled that credit card and had it re-issued with a different number. I was fortunate that I didn't loose the whole $1000.00
