Gerhard or Detlev (Gary) Pinkus or Pincus

This guy is about 55 years old and goes around Syntagma square in Athens Greece. He tries to meet persons and have a talk with them. He says that he is a senior executive of a high-tech company in the town of Armavir in Russia. After all he pretends that someone has stolen his wallet and he has no money to return to Russia. He manages to extort money from many people and asks for their phone numbers and e-mail adresses to give the money back!
He is a dangerous fraud... be careful...
