Nobody should do any business with this realty. Most dishonest business.
Never involve them in any real estate deals. Will take your money and when you ask for it, will make all sort of silly excuses; beware of Tammo Freeo and her slick talking
Tammy Freeo is clearly a scam artist. My fiance got an apartment from her and moved out 2 months ago. She never received her deposit back. She did receive a bad check for her deposit which ended up actually costing her money when she tried to cash it. Also her friends that were staying in another apartment rented by Tammy Freeo have not received their deposit back since moving out. No explanation has been given to them by Tammy just lots of very shady delay tactics.
I had a wonderful experience with this real estate . Tammy Freeo went above and beyond to help me and my family did not charge us a cent.. we are hurricane SAndy victims they placed us temporary in a place gave us back all our deposit and placed us in a permanent residence and we are now doing great.. She place 4 family members of ours and a few of our friends . The company has also donated storage and clothing for us. I didn't know these people at all.
Can't believe you people still haven't received your money..
My name is Lucia and I must tell you I had a terrible time trying to find an apartment everyone was so rude and every real estate or management office I called would not call back. I came across this Freeo realty they returned all my calls. Took me to 10 apartments and finally found me something nice that was 3 years ago. Tammy not only helped me with the apartment at a beautiful development but also found me a mover inexpensive and my landlord was wonderful.
I now bought a 2 family home with their help and received my security back no problem.

I only heard nice things about this company from EVERYONE who knows them if some people had a bad experience my opinion is they brought it upon themselves. This company is #1

I was very angry when I was told there were bad things written about this company especially Tammy she helped me through a rough time had lost someone close to me had to sell my house and move into an apartment she not only helped to find a place but helped me book a mover without getting taking advantage of. That was 3 years ago I recently moved from the development she helped me to move into. I received my deposit back no problem. I don't know what happened with these other people but remember there are always two sides of a story.

I rented an apartment with this company however, before I finalized the transaction I asked many questions regarding the post the 2 persons have made All I can say is ''THERE ARE 2 SIDES TO EVERY STORY MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND COMFORTING... I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
THESE PEOPLE FORGOT TO MENTION THEY LIVED ON THE PREMISES FOR MONTHS AND THE OWNER WAS THE ONE NOT WANTING TO RETURN THE DEPOSIT..
USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GREAT!
ive done business with tammy freeo she is a honest person maybe the person who called her a scam artist failed to mention that the place was trashed and cost the land lord more then security to fix and the reailty is not the land lord before you bad mouth some one look in the mirror!!
I've been with this agency for over 3 years, never had a single problem and have actually had her go out of her way to help us out. I think maybe it's the way these situations are handled that make this an apparent, "scam." I highly recommed this rental agency.
