This company is Legit I've had them rent several apartments on my behalf I've been more than pleased and satisfied I only use this company for all my rental needs including property management. They go above and beyond for tenants including help moving them in. This is a false statement.
I've been with this agency for over 3 years, never had a single problem and have actually had her go out of her way to help us out. She can be difficult to reach at times, but always responds immediately with an answer to any question we have. She is always pleasant and sweet to us, never asking for anything. Our building has had the same tenants in it for over 8 years, my husband and I being the shortest perIod of time, that being 3+ yrs. I think maybe it's the way these situations are handled that make this an apparent, "scam."
