Edson G.P. Maciel

A US$ 10,590.00 Default Judgement for court case number LC106926 was issued on December 17, 2010 by the California Superior Court against Edson G.P. Maciel, a Brazilan citizen born on August 17, 1962 and residing at Suite 2511, 10 Navy Wharf, Toronto, Canada.

On June 1, 2010 Edson Maciel borrowed US$10,000.00 from a long-standing friend and work colleague based on a signed and witnessed legal promissory note with the commitment to pay back the funds within 60 days, which he did not do.

Unfortunately and without any explanation, Edson Maciel has decided to ignore both the Court issued Default Judgement and repeated registered letters, emails and phone calls from the lender. As of May, 2012 Edson Maciel has yet to repay any of the US$10,000.00.
