This guy is the worst, most inept, lying excuse for an attorney I could ever have imagined. I was referred to him by my long time attorney who is no longer practicing law, and for the life of me, I cannot figure out why he would send me to such a useless, old windbag. I had an iron clad case - contractual litigation with over 85 pages of emails, a volume of texts and a laundry list of reputable witnesses and pictures to prove my case - all of which I handed to him. I laid everything out for this idiot and he didn't bother to get anything admitted as evidence or do any further research or preparation of his own. He didn't prepare the witnesses, and basically napped throughout the trial. it was as though I was there by myself. Less than a month before the trial he told me in no uncertain terms we would win the only question being by how much. This slimeball never bothered to prepare for the case. He took my money upfront - just like he did with the others who have complained here, promised me he would take care of everything and then didn't bother to do anything other than file the initial paperwork. He didn't defend me. He didn't separate my rights personally from those of my company, and he never even bothered to contact the insurance company I have paid for years to protect me from just such a frivilous lawsuit. I am ruined. My company is ruined and this asshole has my money. All he said to me after words was, "I'm sorry." I hope you rot in hell and that there really is a G-d who will hold you accountable for the pain, suffering and loss you have single handedly inflicted on all the people dumb enough to have hired you to "protect" them.
