Derham bought a house in Spain on a gated community and ran up bills of nearly 30,000.
He told all the lies you read elsewhere, he's dying etc.
He set up a radio station and, of course, worked for Saga but it was all a front.
He was even petty enough to borrow his neighbours house for his daughters wedding and thereafter rented it out without the owner knowing.
