I paid nearly £400 for 2 tickets to the valencia grand prix. they never arrived. no emails or phone calls to advise. Whats most disapoointing is the sinking feeling you get when you realise not only have you been conned, but that the event you are so looking forward to - you now can't go. And of course, there are all the additional costs like plane tickets, hotel room etc. which go with the loss! These organisations should be ashamed, and made to pay big time for this sort of behaviour!
