Texas Roof Leak aka David Land

On 4/7/2012, I paid David Land (Texas Roof Leaks), $500.00 check for dwon payment on roof repair. He spent about an hour fixing the roof and I paid another $500.00 check. The next rain, I called him and told him it was leaking worse than it was prior to him fixing it.It was now raining down my window on the inside of the house and in the original spot that it was leaking. He told me they would have to remove the whole section of roof (Tiles), install a waterproof barrier(modified bitumen) and would give me a 10 year warranty, for an additional $1600.00. I paid him another $500.00 on May 3rd, and they returned to fix the roof a few days later.
After they completed the repairs, I gave him an $1100.00 check on 5/7. The first time it rained at my house since then was last week.AT 3 am my daughter woke me up to tell me that the living room was flooding, I went in there, and rain was pouring down my chandelier, 2 huge leaks on both sides of my couch and another leak by the doorway, and there was about 3 inches of water on the floor. Large bubbles of water filled drywall on my ceilings. burst and water went all over my leather couch, an antique organ and ruined my sisal rug. It took many buckets to catch all the water that was coming in my living room. I called David Land the next morning and he said he would come over and check it. 3 days later he told me the same thing and then another day again. Now, he wont answer my calls. let alone return them.My living room is in shambles and of coarse the roof stil leaks. My drywall all has to be removed now and my furniture it ruined.
Another roofing company came to fix my roof and took pictures, that show he only installed the bitumen 1/3 of the way up the roof.
