Well, I do not think so Joyce. You went to CSUN before it became a university. You were not smart enough to go to university and not sharp enough to make it in REO without Danny. You are sooo nice to us, I want to puke.

A member of my family went to school with you. You claim on LinkedIn: "Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, with emphasis in architecture and business. " This is funnny. You went to college to learn how to cook (Home Economics). Now this is all very respectable, but why do you need to lie to everyone about who you are?

Also, if you make so much money as you claim, why do you not increase your employees salaries?

And finally why do you, with all the sales that you have had live in a crappy home that cost a few hundred thousand dollars when Danny bought it? Should you not move into a mansion that fits your level of education?
