Jeff Kozak of 13519 Ridgemoor Drive, Prospect Kentucky Purchased a set of used BMW wheels from me. He paid through PayPal. He received the wheels and then filed a reversal of charges after trying to sell them in Kentucky. PayPal, of course sided with him, even though we went through a complete fact finding and documentation review. PayPal saw HIS description and it was better than mine, but could NOT re-reverse the charges. Now my PayPal account is in Negative and I cannot use it for anything, as the wheels were $1600 and I will NOT pay for My wheels twice. Also -HE STILL HAS THEM OR HAS SOLD THEM> He is a Pilot for Delta - WOW! Nice His # 502-471-6767

Even the Prospect Kentucky Police said this was a scam from the beginning, but it was a Civil Matter
