We are presently outsourcing for payroll officer in different states so as to consolidate our services.

JOB DUTIES
Compiling payroll data, entering data or computing and posting wages, and reconciling errors in order to maintain accurate payroll records.
Compiling data, such as hours worked, sales, taxes, insurance, union dues, from time sheets and other records that will be sent to you.
Preparing computer input forms and posting payroll information by entering data into computer files, or computing wages and deductions using a calculator and posting to payroll records.
Preparing and issuing paychecks as well as tax-withholding statements for employees’ use in preparing income tax returns.


JOB REQUIREMENT
Payroll Officers need experience in a related job, if without experience, must be willing to learn, and a strong knowledge of mathematical reasoning, economics and accounting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, or the equivalent.

SALARY
$800.00-$2,000.00 USD, subsequent increase will come after the first month based on performance.

Then they tell you to buy check paper, 100 stamps, 100 envelops, you will be reimbursed ( right..) Each email has only one step., like you are an idiot like them... anyhow, they eventually provide you with a check template with real info , very dangerous to the parties named on the checks. Then they want you to send them a pic of the printed checks before giving names and such. Regardless, these are very dangerous folks, DO NOT FALL FOR SOME EMAIL OFFERING YOU A JOB LIKE THIS WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF APPLICATION, BACKGROUND CHECK, ETC. IT IS A SCAM AND YOU COULD GO TO JAIL FOR CHECK FRAUD!
