this person is a liar and a thief. she rented a house to me and then lied about the house after i gave her money. items were broken. house smelled like cst urine from previous tenant

This is a false accusation. The person posting this comment goes by "Dorian Leigh" or "Dorian Grey" and is known throughout many areas for fraudulent activity. She does not pay rent because she writes fraudulent checks, she complains of "urine smells" in each rental property she scams, and damages property within the rental while living there. She also has 3 teenage boys and a man that lives with her on these properties. These poor kids have actually lived there lives bouncing from eviction to eviction due to their mother's criminal activities. Please disregard this false scam report.
First let me say Colleen Kugel is completely innocent and has the former tenants to prove it. This is a made up scam posting by the below.
This "Anonymous" poster has a name, or should I say names. She goes by Dorian Grey, Dorian Guerrierie, Dorian Leigh, Dorian Dammer, Dorian Papst, the list goes on. She almost always precedes it with "Dr" which she most certainly is not. She has false posts on the web that make her look like a nutritionist. First tip I have for you, Ms Grey, is doctors do not precede their names with Dr, they actually put their medical degree behind their name. You might want to fix that before your next scam. Others that are part of her scam are Walter, Frank, and Florence Guerrierie.
Ms Grey has scammed numerous people in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She currently has been renting in the Nazareth area with each incident leading to a drawn-out eviction process. When renting she will give a list of references (mostly posing as physicians). These references are all connected to Ms Grey and in on her scam. The checks she will write will be from D&G Marketing and Design, LLC. These checks either bounce or are for amounts well under the amount owed. She will give convincing stories as to why the payment hasn't arrived or why she can't get the money to you. She is a smart lady when it comes to this scam. It is a shame she can't use her smarts to contribute to society instead of sucking it dry.
She has a child in high school which is why she continues to bounce around the Nazareth Area. Do not trust her, do not rent to her. Ms Grey please do us all a favor and leave our town. Enough is enough.
