Do not do business with these people or their company. They are real estate scammers and landlord bullies. They have quite a few properties. When something breaks they use old parts to try to fix the problem. Lack of heating and air conditioning is also a problem. They also allow criminals in their properties. SWAT teams were in our neighborhoood due to the Orwigs. Because they own alot of properties, they bully people.
