Hello Relaxtion & Shaked vacation Homes LLC

We rented this apartment for my Nieces and they wouldn't even stay one night here. Hello Relaxation and Shaked Vacation Homes LLC are misleading and they do not refund monies you are entitled to. We stayed in their apartments in Santa Monica during May - June 2012, they were awful and dirty. After waiting 3hrs outside for the key to arrive, we went in and it was not the secure modern apartment we were promised,there was no security bolt on our door and several items listed were not even in the apartment. They moved us to their Beverley Hills apartment, we all got sick literally. The apartment hadn't been cleaned in months, we have photo's to prove it and we developed rashes all over our bodies because there was dust and dirt everywhere, including mould on the carpet and sofa. Yet they wouldn't organise a cleaner and they charged us $200 for cleaning. There was no cable TV, the wifi hardly worked, the beds and sofa bed are so lumpy and worn out we had to keep swapping over. We contacted Mary/Rea and they kept ignoring our request for a cleaner, we had to clean it. By the end of 2nd week we couldn't take anymore, we so we left. We have asked for our extra weeks rent back and the cleaning fee and they refuse to refund our money. We even had to chase them up for our Security Deposit, They didn't want to refund it. They kept hanging up when we called or they ignore your emails. These apartments are not worth the high rental fees, the furniture and amenities are outdated, not like you see in the photo's and they don't replace or repair anything that doesn't work. They just ignore you if you have a problem but they are quick to take your money. Research them on the net and you will find many reviews by others who have had the same problems. I wish I had. Oh and we never were able to contact Devorah, she doesn't reply to emails once you pay your huge $1300 deposit.
