They scammed me too. Im not allowing them get away with this.
I advise to keep away from the company. They market their apartments as way larger than what they are. The one I stayed in says on their website it sleeps 8 which is impossible! it was barely large enough for two people

Back in May, I was looking for a short let in the area and handed over a check just over $10,000 for a small 2 bed apartment for 2 months, including deposit. A guy called Avi
(I believe) who is working for them, assured me that I could spend around 10 days there then move to the front of the building into an equally decent short let apartment for the rest of the 6 week 'ish' stay. I needed somewhere pretty fast, so, took the place after he said I would most likely be able to stay there for the whole 2 months, as the next booking was not secured.
When I arrived, it was filthy!!...there were hairs in the bathroom and dirty cotton wool balls, it was dusty and under every rug was dirt & filth. There was no internet connection as promised and the parking space I was allocated was too small for my vehicle, I couldn't believe it. Everything was as cheap as possible, all from Ikea including the mattress which was like an old sponge. I alerted the team at hello relaxation and they just said cleaners could come in again at some point, but I didnt trust any of them after this, so declined after agreeing I would get in my own cleaner and be returned my $200 cleaning fee when my main deposit was retuned.....
The story goes on, my diamond wedding band was stolen during my stay, of course, people knew when I was in & out if the car was missing......then, I was asked to move to another apartment which was even worse and totally unsuitable. The hallways were being renovated and cockroaches were in the communal entrance and inside, the place was old and untouched, and, on the 3rd floor and I explained I had a elevator phobia, they told me to use the stars!!...In short, I didn't move as their next booking fell through, but, they still have a large portion of my deposit, they absolutely overcharged me, and never refunded my cleaning fee. Ive called, emailed, text both Mary Nabmani, deborah, and the Avi Guy, and no one responds, or replies, so, Ive just taken action against them. If anyone else would like to contact me if they had a bad experience or are owed money, I have a court date against them to get my money back which is owed!
They are appalling to deal with, they lied and mis sold and overcharged the dirty vacation homes.....
