David Chris
Professing love and then asking for money
Highland, Illinois, 32501
About a month ago I received a phone call from David stating I gave him my email and phone number through Seniors Meet but I had a new number and did not give it out so I was confused. He claimed he was a construction worker in Chicago and owned his company. He said his father was born in Dublin, Ireland and he moved to the US after his father passed away. He said he was a widow and had a son John, 13, and a Maltese dog named Cindy but the picture he sent me was a Samoyed. He just recently said he had a contract in Malaysia to build a shopping mall and was leaving Wednesday Aug. 29th but needed $20,000 as he only had $80,000 but needed an advance to cover his expenses until the government paid him. I knew right then and there it was a scam. This man sent emails of profound love after receiving pictures of myself through email. Please be aware that these people are clever and use many tactics to win you over. I found out about whoscammedyou by typing in Google the name of the hotel he said he was staying at. I told him to hit the road and he is just now trying to call me. Do not continue relationships with these people. They are just looking for money.
