I read some articles on the web about Linda Risden and she also sent us to another realtor and later we find out it was another brokageage firm and Linda Risden does not even live in south florida and she transfered us to another agent for the refferal fee with no disclosure and it ended up costing us more money because of her transfer fee.

we went to the companies web site www.sofloridahomes.com and she claimed to be a local agent but after reading some web postings she appears to be hiding in north florida for her involvement in missing money in south florida.

is there anything we can do to file a complaint aginst her.
