The internet scammer uses various false identities, all stolen. The pattern of behaviour: Pretends he has fallen in love with victim. Works in a scamming network. No conscience or remorse, rather ruthless and persistent. Uses poor spelling and has a poor command of English. Charming and manipulative, persuading victims to transfer money to bank accounts of "Maxwell Adewale".in the UK, or "Allen Reynolds", or to his "son", Harry Dixon, a black young man (pics attached) studying medicine in the USA. Pics are all false, stolen identities.
