I am selling a large 1920's Dutch arts and crafts hutch - $1500 (mission district)

This scammer does the following:and replies to my email the folloiwing way. They give me no reason to want to complete this transaction. They are stupid and want to rip me off.

transaction through cash for now as im stock here,so I prefer to
finalize the payment online via the PayPal ,and this is the reason why
i wanted to get every thing done online..If you have any other
question please let me know,I have a private courier agent that will
come for the pick up after the payment have been made and cleared to
your account, transferring the name of ownership and signing of all
paperwork will be done by the courier services company agent so you
don't have to worry about that....You can now send me your PayPal
email so i can pay in right away and also include your address in
your reply.If you don't have a paypal account, you can easily set up
one...log on to www.paypal.com. and sign up. its very easy.I await
your reply asap. And make sure you get back to me soon so that i can
arrange for the pickup as i will like the merchandise to picked up.
