CITI BANK and Sue Solomita

it seems I've been a victim of the banking environment, I have recently had my business in jeopardy due to an incompetent banker who took a question that I asked in spun into a compliance issue subsequently freezing my bank accounts and creating some unmeasurable damages. There is still no explanation as to why my accounts were frozen but simply that I asked a question about a transaction that I would like to do. Instead of getting a no or a response my account was shut down on a Friday afternoon while I was in a grocery store with a cart full of groceries. the level of incompetence that these bankers have is a huge concern for me, I am not one to make complaints usually letting things roll right off my back but in this case other consumers will be affected and I need to do my part as I to have compliance issues with my business that I need to observe. So doing the right thing I think it is best to file suit against city for either a monetary settlement or I would prefer having the banker removed from her position so she does not inconvenience or affect other businesses or individuals with families. I would like to put this banker and institution on notice and file charges immediately.

so the result, when i filed a formal complaint with the banking department, they heard both sides and accepted CITIBanks Generic response as an acceptable repose.
basically with the patriot act we are now subject to false criticism by very low level bankers that can shut your account down with no valid reason or information.
the only way to stop this massive waste of time and money is to fight back and remove the incompetence from these institutions. Sue Solomita is not qualified to sweep the floor at this bank, and certainly she should not be handling client accounts that do legitimate business.
