This is not just one person, but a group that works together to get your money. I think they could be Nigerian. They speak very poor English and sometimes their writing is the same. These people work like telemarketers and I guess they are very difficult to catch. You could be getting e-mail from many different people, but think it is one.
Sad to say this is a very lucrative business, and it will never stop because people are not educated as to how they work, and there will always be lonely people just looking for love.
