Castillo improvement

Made partial payment for removing tiles and kitchen cabinets and installing the same new. Raul Castillo the owner of Castillo improvement stated that he was licensed but was not. Removed the tiles and kitchen cabinets then left said would not be coming back. He did some electric work which I had to rip out and replace as he did not know what he was doing. He was recommended and I checked his work but once the walls are closed you do to know what is inside or how the job was done. Another person contacted me and told me that he hired him to sheetrock a room and 2 months later and a big mess it still is not finished. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.
