Gianni Ferretti or Oscario Arthur or Oscar Luis Chavez Pulido or Oscar Chavez or whatever you're going by this week also known for his failed businesses DESTIN BOATS and SEADOOS, and PALMETTO BOATS and SEADOOS is a very miserable bitter prick. This guy is as low as they come. He was manager at Captain D's until the oil spill. Then like many other otherwise poor people got a little money.....like $15k for being a fast food worker. He buys a few shipwrecked boats and talks a few customers out of theirs and starts a boat rental company DESTIN BOATS and SEADOOS at Blue Water Bay Marina in Niceville Florida (note he used "Destin" in the name but couldn't afford to reside in the zip code) He tells everyone he's dying of cancer (poor excuse for his premature balding that comes from lack of testosterone yeah you have no balls) They feel bad for him and float him for thousands in unpaid rent and storage fees (which I paid for his poor customers) He got many people to give him things and took advantage of people by lying about having cancer. Wonder what kind of scam he pulled here? anyways this guy turned Blue Water Bay Upside Down.....while on a coke binge and fighting with Sarah because she was cheating on him again with that cop......he pushed her out of his car in a parking lot in front of an off duty officer......ended up running over the cops foot and fled......took a customers boat and fled further....beached their boat and just left it there....never went back.......left his dog locked in his unpaid for apartment for days until the manger rescued the poor guy......ended up getting busted awhile later......had an immigration hold. see these links.....

Then he opens PALMETTO BOATS and SEADOOS and is out of business within months. turns out he ripped off his customers. Charging for work not done. Lying about certification. Not using new parts.
