This cockroach has done the following: ripped off his mother for $75,000 on one occasion by havinand her foolishly co sign a loan. Ripped off his mother and aunt for $250,000 or more by having his grandmother take out a line of credit and then loaning him the money for a business that he never started. He had to get a doctor to state that she was of sound mind to get the loan. His grandmother died. His mother and aunt were supposed to inherit the house. Daniel moved into the house and would not leave or pay rent. He also had all of the equity. The house was foreclosed. During that time he took his mother to court over the house. Due to a technicality he could not be evicted.
