NETGEAR

Had a "worm" virus immediately following closing down from NETGEAR Tech Support remote accessing my computer to id/troubleshoot a glitch with my router. Calling back about this NETGEAR suggested buying their premium tech support to solve the problem. Contacted NETGEAR media relations about the problem. I have not heard from them.
