Therapeutic Choice CMHC

BAYVIEW THERAPEUTICS OF MIAMI INC, incorporated in 1996 running a very profitable PHP business, was place on Medicare medical review in late 2000, the review was never lifted. With hopes of resolving their issues with Medicare they kept operating through December 2003. Covering expense with its owner's contribution as well as with income from Medicaid through their substance abuse program. They continued filing annual corporate reports through 2008. Thanks to a crisis management agreement signed with Citrus Network back in 2003, Bayview staff members were able secure a PHP Medicare Provider number under the name of Therapeutic Choice CMHC INC. Another side company was established named Advance Therapeutic Choice CMHC, done so for the sole purpose that in the event one would be placed under medicare scrutiny the other would still be able to bill. Therapeutic Choice was eventually placed on Medicare medical review in April 2006 and it has since never been lifted. Therapeutic Choice also started to subsidies its operation with income from Medicaid as a substance abuse center. Most if not all of Bayview's staff, "minus its owner", transfer on over to Therapeutic Choice in early 2004. Therapeutic Choice has since moved its operation from a 5000 sq/ft facility to that of a 100 sq/ft. office becoming somewhat that of a phantom office. By the way Advance Therapeutic Choice faded out of sight back in 2010. Two owners of Therapeutic Choice are now working out at Citrus Network..., Carmen Gomez Abreu and Antonio Santi. It has to be assumed that Mario Jardon C.E.O of Citrus Network continues on helping out in light of his close tides with Carmen Gomez, a retired DCF inspector. I guess loyalty has gone a long way here? There is a simple question that needs answering.., What is the purpose of placing a Medicare provider on an endless medical review, if it is simply to drive them out of business and give them a free pass? Is this part of the MEDICARE TASK FORCE
objective or is it a political measure in resolving obscured conflict of interest????
