Company has top placed paid for ad in google for "apple customer service" term. To many, including myself, it appeared as though the 800 number was Apple's official service hotline. When talking to first level tech help (in India) I was asked for Apple ID, etc., and soon was asked for payment of $80 for some software assistance. Actually a "manager" then came on the phone and finally clarified that this is not an Apple affiliated, but 3rd party, service provider. Be VERY careful not to deal with them!
