USA cash net -- This guy name Tony calls and states he will serve you with a summons between 4&5 that day. . If you do not call him back asap @ 888-231-4707. Each time he calls he says the same line. Once you call him back he explains that you are in violation of writing a bad check to a payday loan company. In my case I have filed bankruptcy in 2010 and am no longer responsible for this debt. He continues to argue with you and eventually hangs up. But he keeps calling and leaving the same message which leads me to believe this is a scam as you cannot collect on a debt that was previously discharged in bankruptcy.
