Peter Miller

Peter Miller (who also goes by the name CJ) advertises on craigslist here in Las Vegas that he does mobile mechanic work on cars and motorcycles. I had him come to my house to look at a motorcycle that needed some repair work. He spent a little time taking some parts our of the bike and told me that to do the full repair it would be $340. I agreed, and he told me he would need $200 as a deposit for parts needed to do the repair. I paid him and he gave me a written invoice for the work and deposit. He was supposed to return the next day and didn't. When I called him again his phone now says he does not accept incoming phone calls. I get a call hours later saying he will be coming by in the evening at 5PM. He again no-shows. I get a call at 6:30 saying he is finishing up on a job and will be over within 30 minutes. Nothing. I get a call at 9PM asking if he can come over and I tell him we need to reschedule again as it's too late. He tells me a day/time and he flakes again and is nowhere to be reached.
