-We will monitor sites, google, etc to make sure that your name is clear and rid of unwanted people.

Are you serious? Your new business venture sounds like a scam. Money orders only.. No Credit Cards. And than you state "we will not scam you." Usually, when people here that, they run the other way.. Something you may want to consider in your business plan.. Your going to need a court order to have content removed from any site, which is going to costs more than $200 bucks.

Your post shows just how uneducated you are about the law surrounding sites such as this. They serve a purpose. They provide an open forum for you to respond directly to your accuser, provide proof to the contrary, or to provide proof to have removed to the sites owner. Funny how rather than try and clear your name, you do the exact thing you feel was done to you without any evidence or proof.

That being said, let me proceed to your little venture or offer or scam you are pitching.

1 - Are you an attorney? How would you go about providing "GOOD" legal advice?
2 - How would you go about finding out the identity of those posting? I would imagine you should have a pretty good idea who did it based on what topic was being posted or discussed.
3 - Create a web page about yourself? I hope it as thorough and informational and functional as your telcoresell.org website. I went there. It really tells the whole story about what you do and how you do it. Funny how it is a group of industry professionals with 50 plus years with all sorts of "industry skills" and the most you tell people about what you do is a vague run-on sentence. Add to that you were JUST incorporated 11/7/2012 and in 2 months that site is the best you came up with.

Last but not least, how do tell do you plan to do all that for $200??? That isn't even an hour of a good attorney's time! And if your customer isn't happy, they get 20% back???

One BIG WARNING to your would be customers, his .org website is the front for a FOR PROFIT company registered in the state of California. It has now non-profit registration and this Online Interventions of which he speaks is not registered within the state of California under any filings. Additionally, what legitimate company do you know that only takes money orders? What about PayPal or credit cards which allow protections to your would be customers? Sounds like you really are all about protecting people and on the cutting edge of technology offering such state of the art payment options.

I will wait to see what ingenious response you come up with, however after reading your proposal and response here all I can picture you as is one of the brothers from the movie Step Brothers when they pitch their entertainment company Prestige Worldwide. First of all Mr. Lee...........your a moron, a liar, a thief and think that you can ruin a life because your's was ruin. Do me a favor, take down my post that has my social security number, date of birth on it and we will forget my trip to Florida after the holidays. I already sent an email to all of your local TV, news and radio stations about you and one is very interested in doing a camera interview with me about the listing about me. I also contacted the FTC and the FBI.......so let us try to be mature because if anyone uses my information and they say they got it from your website I will do everything in my power to outcast you, sue you, and most of all make your site shut down. Because a lawyer told me today that you could be facing criminal charges if people use my information for any type of ID fraud. Last chance, take down my entire posting and we will just let it go. I am shocked, ashamed and going to seek regress against this company, the state of Florida and let everyone know that Florida lets this company exist as it destroys the life's of people. You really ought to be ashamed of yourselves for not doing due diligence on a company before letting this continue operation. This company is a racket and I am letting the entire media outlets know about it.



This is posted about me and you this company stay in business. We will see how fast you shut them down and let the media know all about it. Or maybe the state endorses this type of business. Not happy about being slandered on a site based in Florida. Please do something. The company has no phone number, their emails do not work and I am VERY willing to go on camera about this! Maybe if you had read my posting instead of carrying your sissy lunch box over your head like a girl you would realize that the site owner will NOT take down the information which could lead to ID fraud and even physical violence to me. Mr. Lee, the owner should get facts, I have emailed him since the day of the posting about me since June of 2012. NOTHING. Any my company idea was to awaken all of you morons that this site sucks. Wow, what a coherent and logical response. If I didn’t know any better I would imagine you got out your construction paper and crayons and wrote it first. Your grammar and arguments are textbook and spot on. I just don’t know how you come up with such logical arguments.

First, your personal information was not put out there until 12/17 and was promptly redacted by the Admin. Funny how they followed the law there so the fact you asked for it to be removed since back in June is funny since it isn’t true. This is an open forum for responses, allowing you to provide proof, as in sites, links and state records to disprove the accusations made within. All you have is people who are probably you writing saying what a good guy you are. After reading this response, you have proven that not to be the case. Second, public records regarding your broken laws are just that, public record. People don’t run from the truth, they run from their lies which is obviously why you were forced to relocate multiple times.

Your choice of words sounds like the temper tantrum of a spastic middle schooler although you did more to affirm the accusations of being a sex offender using words such as you have. Really makes you sound like such a nice, decent human being. You telling me how you have forwarded my comments is intended in some way to silence me. In case you haven’t checked, the 1st Amendment is our right to free speech. The internet and you posting this opens it up for response. Should you care to keep your matters private, shut your mouth and stop making superfluous posts and threats. You only do more damage to yourself each time you open your mouth (figuratively of course).

To further prove this point, you admit that your website to help people was all just a lie as well. I am sure requesting money from people and providing the means for which it to be sent will be something the FBI will look favorably upon. I am sure that the ways you have proceeded through this will definitely make them go above and beyond to help you. By the way, could you let me know which laws I have broken and what my charges will be? What about the admin? You by chance read the FAQ Legal Issues? My guess would be no, and that your assertion that you have an attorney is also inaccurate.

Maybe if you looked in the mirror you might find the source of your problems and it would be best to fix that first
