Ralph E. Mills ran an ad on craiglist to sell his car and we gave him a $1000 deposit to hold it for us. To make a long story short, he ended up selling the car to someone else and kept our $1000 deposit. Do NOT give a deposit to this con artist when you see his ad. He is an old goat that will take your money and run.
