He is a British Citizen who frequently comes to Ghana to pretend to have contacts with the local people. He collects money from his partners in UK in a bid to buy gold for them in Ghana and conives with his Liberian Girlfriend who claims to kknow the buyers to dupe his uk partners. He pretends as if the sellers dont want to ship the goods , ,but its all his machinations. He has wasted about 1.2million usd of investors money with his liberian girlfriend here in Ghana .Now he pretends to be the good guy who will try to retrieve the lost funds in behalf of the investors and hires the service of another cook lawyer and politician, Dan Lartey of the GCPP. They collect upfront payment from investor whom they have already duped . This is well arranged criminal activity that looks genuine.
