Jessica Hintz, Alicia Vidales

I saw another guy post on the same people that scammed me so i had to speak up. I was contacted by Jessica Hintz/ Alicia Vidales and offered help with my website. I signed a contract with her and paid her a $150 up front partial payment so she could "start the work." I told her it was crucially important we stay on schedule because my entire black friday marketing campaign was hinged on her doing her part. other people were already hired to pick up on the site where she was supposed to finish. they could not proceed without her adding the products to the store they were going to make the graphics for. Within a day of giving her access to my backend she completely crashed my production environment website, and then went MIA. she ignored my calls and emails as i pleaded with her just to contact me so i could at least know what is going on and perhaps offer some help to her(the lady I'm supposed to be paying!). after days of texts message, call attempts and voicemail, I basically mentioned canceling the whole deal and then she finally responded saying "i was ill". she went on not fixing the site, so after a few more days of her not responding i paid someone else to undo all the damage she did. Then i tried to contact her to see if maybe she could just perform some of the easier tasks(basic css stuff like changing font colors and size on different parts of the page) and then again she does not respond until i tell her i think its best we just cancel the whole thing and i get my 150 back. she then suddenly tells me she didn't respond because she was afraid i was "going to be mean to her" and that she was not going to refund my money. I ask her why she wont give me back my money since its been nearly a month and she hasn't done anything but give me the runaround. she does not give me a clear answer and tells me she will call me back that same evening yet never did. the last time we spoke i had to call from a random number to get through and she tells me to email her if i have questions but she will not take my call. Ive been emailing her for an answer and it is going on 2 months.

Reading the other guys post, his experience sounds all too familiar. she is dangerous and her business currently uses a Florida number (305-834-5235). avoid her at all costs or be scammed.
