Jeff Ochoa is a complete SCUMBAG! He says one thing and then does another. He only wants you to spread your legs and take money from you. He also had Chlamydia twice!!! He acts all nice when he only wants something then completely kicks you to the curb. He ignores you when you need something and then makes some lame excuse why he didn’t do anything.
