She asks for the money up front because it is a start up magazine and she needs the funds. The issues are delayed and one issue out. She comes back for more money and wants to use your good name and your companies good name to scam your fellow business owners.

She has done jail time for fraud, bad checks, theft and more. She aligns herself with very credible people and then uses them to gain entrance to other victims.
