Publishers Clearinghouse

Got a call from a foreign sounding guy, Mr. Fancis, said he represented Publishers Clearinghouse and that I had won a prize and that I must be home to recieve it from UPS. At that time I would be required to pay a fee/ tax etc. in the amount of $399. I hung up, told him it was a scam. He called back 5 time before he gave up. Very persistant!!!
