marco David Realpe arcos likes to reach out to his closests friends claiming he has liver cancer and requests financial help for his supposed surgery. Of course this is all a lie and there is absolutely nothing wrong with him. He is indeed a ver good liar and will make any story believable. Unfortunately i was one of the friends who tried helping him out and got totally scammed over it. So just to let you know, if he asks known people for help..Never help him nor his wife Jessica Jimenez. She also is in on all the scamms and stories etc..
