Who ever is using this picture of this soldier is also on facebook as a James Pelz. I met him online he told me he was 43 years old no kids and his girlfriend cheated on him and now he wants a good woman, he asked me for money to help him to pay his fee so he can come to states, he told me he cant pay that fee because he has a check in euros and once he is back in home he will pay me back changing with his bank the check in euros to a USD. Once I told him that I know he is a scam he tried to convince me he was real but after an argue he just went offline on yahoo messenger and never talk to me again. I checked on facebook and he is there as a James Pelzer and also as a James Pelz.
