CORAL SPRINGS ANIMAL HOSPITAL

Took my pet here and the service was horrible I was over charged and even charged for services I never recieved.
If you ever call to speak with a manager you will always be told they are in a managers meeting I complained to the assistant manager Rachel Coulter about a procedure that was done incorrectly. I was uinformed by her to bring my pet back and procedure will be corrected since they didnt get it right the first time. Upon arrival the same day, Rachel tried to "upsell" me to a more expensive procedure and no longer wanted to offer the additional corrections of their errors.
I tried disputing charges with my bank and Rachel had someone else rebuttal the dispute. Someone I never spoken with before who had no ideas of the details on what was promised and crapy services recieved.
I would not recommend this animal hospital to anyone! If you google them you will find all sorts of horror stories about them!
When they found out I was approved for care credit, they changed their quote on me bc they knew they could charge it to my new credit card which they did.
Dr. Donna will hand you a bill for thousands of dollars and order unnecessary tests, xrays, medication ect. and try tell you if you cannot pay to give your animal the proper care than you should put it to sleep.

There are plently of animal hospitals around and for half the cost!
IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET PLEASE TAKE HIM/HER SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
