Gen Joseph C Miller conacted me on Skype about 3 wks ago he said he loves me and wants to marry me when he gets back, he is a widow and has 2 children living in New York with his sister, wife died 7 yrs ago in a car crash than, Than he came over some money he wanted $2500 from me to get the money here, I told him no not happening and I never did.
